How exciting to attend the Grand Prix!
BobbleBirb
I am very excited!

Oh you are a rock climber! Where do you climb? I sometimes climb with a small group at local gyms. I'm very much at the beginner level. Also been WFH for forever. I think we met at the silent reading event briefly that I organized.
CookieMonster
My golden is also 2 and still feels like a puppy! Are there any good lakes in the area for dogs to swim in?
BobbleBirb
@nicholas Hi! First of all, thanks for organizing the event! I actually got some reading done, and it led me here! Second, I am definitely not a rock climber. I just dabble every couple of years haha. What is a local gym you enjoy going to?
BobbleBirb
@CookieMonster My husband and I are just planning on introducing our pup to swimming in the next month or so, so we haven't taken the pup to any bodies of water yet. But, I have heard Huntington Dog Beach is popular. Have you been?

You're welcome!! So glad people enjoyed it. We're having a second event this weekend (I can't attend), if you are interested! I have a membership at Hanger 18 and usually go to the Mission Viejo location. My friend who I met on ATC just got a membership at Movement which I plan on visiting soon. You can go for free the first Friday of every month. So maybe next week! I'll send you a request to connect. (Send one back if interested in connecting).
BobbleBirb
@nicholas Thanks! I've sent a coffee message!

Hellooo, checked out your profile after reading your comment : ) Laughed since my husband is a huge Formula 1 fan. That is awesome you also rock climb! I've always wanted to try paddle boarding/kayaking but never got aronud to it.. As to your question about psych thriller films- Requiem for a dream is a long time fav of mine and movies like Oldboy really stuck with me. If you're into 'law thrillers' at all, we just watched "Dark Waters" with Mark Ruffalo and highly recommend.. : ) Based on a true story!
BobbleBirb
@Toscano Haha my husband is definitely way more into F1. It's hard staying up to watch some of those races. I haven't done any of those 3 activities in a while but always down to do something fun over the weekend! And thanks for the movie recommendations! Old Boy has been on my list a long time, and I haven’t heard of Dark Waters. I remember Requiem for a Dream making me feel depressed, but it was a good film haha
