While ATC encourages sharing knowledge and experiences, refrain from excessive self-promotion, spamming, or advertising. The focus should be on meaningful connections and conversations.

LAMILL was founded in 1998, initially focusing on wholesale coffee roasting operations in Alhambra, California. The company's name combines "LA" for Los Angeles with "MILL," referencing traditional coffee milling processes.
Through the 2000s and early 2010s, LAMILL expanded its footprint in high-end hospitality by partnering with premium hotels and fine dining establishments. The company became especially recognized for providing coffee services to luxury hotel chains like Marriott and The Four Seasons, as well as Michelin-starred restaurants.

Wyatt, the head barista trainer, brings refined coffee knowledge, specializing in brewing fundamentals and extraction theory honed through his experience training their partnered fine dining restaurants and luxury hotels. Francisco began his specialty coffee journey at LAMILL, where he rose from barista to store manager, bringing warmth and expertise in fostering genuine connections with the local coffee community.
